Please keep in mind that the box holds 63 soap bars so you can optimize your shipping.Shipping for other products will depend upon the quantities ordered.

Orders are usually shipped within 24-48 business hours, but we do not guarantee this.

If you are ordering more than 500 soap bars, please contact Mr. Paschalis Rakitzis, quality control supervisor, for a shipping quote. We will explore the cheapest shipping options for large orders.

Placing an order over 100€ you get charged:

  • For deliveries throughout Greece: 3,7€/Kg, plus 8€ standard courier charge
  • For deliveries throughout the rest of Europe: 4€/Kg, plus 21,8€ standard courier charge
  • For worldwide deliveries outside Europe: 4€/Kg, plus 22€ standard courier charge

Placing an order below 100€ you get charged:

  • For deliveries throughout Greece: 3,7€/Kg, plus 10€ standard courier charge
  • For deliveries throughout Europe: 4€/Kg, plus 22€ standard courier charge
  • For worldwide deliveries outside Europe: 4€/Kg, plus 22€ standard courier charge

Shipping cost to areas regarded as hard to reach is calculated based on the pricing policy of each transport company and the customer is informed beforehand.

Orders weighting above 100kg are sent after the customer’s consent of the shipping method and shipping costs.

For bulk orders, an agreement is reached beforehand by contacting us to, because shipping costs can vary from time to time.

It is feasible to send products worldwide with charges related to a particular shipping company, the required delivery time and paid with PayPal, cash cards or payment in advance.

All prices listed herein include Value Added Tax in accordance to Greek legislation. On completing your order a confirmation e-mail is sent to you with a full analysis of your ordered items and costs. You need not to do something, unless there is something wrong with the order. In that case, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know.

You are allowed to request a proforma invoice for a list of products. If you require a proforma invoice please e-mail to us on A full invoice is issued once your order is confirmed. The data required both for companies and freelancers are: Name, VAT ID, Address and Occupation.

Pricing and Minimum Quantities for Wholesale Orders

There is no minimum amount to receive a wholesale pricing. Minimums are based on quantity by type of product (e.g. the minimum for soap bars is 63 bars, that is, a full box). If you are looking for quantities over 500 items or weighting above 50Kg, please contact us to arrange the best pricing and delivery time for you.

Our Policy for Online Sales

We would like to inform you that buying from us wholesale means selling our products at a physical store. We do not permit Merlin products to be sold (under this brand name) online anywhere other than our own e-shop without giving you our consent. You may state on your website that you sell Merlin products at your store and you may use our product photos or descriptions, provided that we are notified about your intentions by e-mail. Wholesale Pricing

To receive wholesale pricing you must first register on our website You can do so by filling the form found in “Register” menu. Fields with an asterisk (*) are compulsory. Having done that, send us an e-mail with your VAT ID and request that we switch you over to a wholesale pricing status. Please note that VAT can be deduced only for inter European Community businesses.

Online Orders

The recommended method is to go to and make sure that you are logged in. If you look at the top of the website and it says “register/login” then you need to click on that and sign in with your username and password. If instead it says “my account” then you are already logged in.Once you are logged in, find the products you wish to buy and click on the button “Add to cart”. You can view and edit your cart anytime by clicking on the respective icon at the top of the site where it says “Your Cart”. When you are satisfied with your order, you may proceed to the checkout. Follow the instructions carefully and be accurate on the details you provide.

Please, be sure that you meet the required minimums/maximums of product availability. If not, your order may be delayed, since we will have to get back at you again in order to correct and confirm the final order.

Drop Shipping

We are not able to drop ship retail orders for you at this time. Your order may be shipped to only one address. As long as the order meets the minimum order quantities, you may ship it to any address you would like.

Private / Own Labelling of Merlin Products

We do offer and encourage private labelling of our products. Please contact as directly at to discuss the terms for doing so. You are usually required to provide us with your own printed labels if you wish our products to carry your label. Alternatively, we can suggest trustworthy printing companies that can assist you on designing and printing your own label.

What happens once you place your order?

Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation via email. You may also track your order by logging in your account on our e-shop

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Normally, ground delivery needs 2-7 business days (Monday-Friday, except for European holidays). Please be patient for possible delays during holidays.

Expedited delivery is done within 4 business days (2 days to process your order plus 2 days to ship your order).

Merlin Soap offers free ground delivery shipping on regular orders over 1000€ within Greece. This is a limited time offer and subject to change at any time.

How much will it cost to ship outside Greece?

The shipping cost will vary depending on the weight and delivery speed of your order. Please contact us at for shipping to Europe or other international destinations. When placing your order online, you will be notified by e-mail on the shipping options available to you.

Does Merlin Soap ship to FPO and APO boxes?

Yes. Orders shipped to FPO and APO boxes are delivered USPS, regardless of weight.

Does Merlin Soap ship to PO boxes?

Yes. Orders shipped to PO boxes are delivered USPS, regardless of weight, from Greece.

Please allow 2 days for internally processing your order. Merlin Soap will pick and pack your items within 48 hours of receiving your order. Shipping time is in addition to this. Please note that during holidays the expected shipping and delivery time may vary.

Sales Taxes

Taxable items shipped abroad are subject to the tax system of their destination. Each USA state, for example, decides independently what items are subject to tax (i.e. North Carolina places tax on shipping charges). To find out more about what your state views as a taxable item, please check your government’s policy. The same counts for Europe. Please enquire.

Shipping Rates and Times

The majority of orders placed are processed and dispatched the next working day. Please note that credit card payments made after 6pm GT can take up to 48-72 hours to process.

Shipping charges are fixed for orders throughout Europe. Registered post service will be delivered by Hellenic Post and requires a signature, so please make sure that someone is at the given address to sign for it.

Track your Parcel

In order to track your parcel, please use the consignment number you will receive from the company sending our products. Please enquire at which that is.

Ordering Online

Once your order has been accepted, you just pay the sum at the end of the checkout process, together with the delivery fee. Merlin Soap will only accept either credit or debit cards of the customer placing the order. Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 hours and another one within 48 hours of your order being dispatched.Placing an order is legally binding, but in no way affects your statutory rights as a consumer. If, according to our reasonable opinion, a customer acts against these policies, we do reserve the right to either cancel or suspend their involvement in a sale. For example, this may include non-payment of ordered products or fraudulent use of our website and/or sales. We also reserve the right to block certain e-mail addresses and telephone numbers from accessing our website to place orders. We will not accept any order from any customer, whom we have cancelled or suspended.

Occasionally, if the technology fails us or we make a genuine mistake, your order attempt may be unsuccessful. While we can’t be held liable for this, we will do everything we can to resolve this for you and put that smile back on your face again.
